Bring on the Brackish Beverages!

At 2:30 p.m. yesterday, my prison sentence was over and I could return to my coffee, cola, etc. etc. So I brewed a pot of coffee and had a cup without a straw. Later, I attacked the diet coke. Last night, we had spaghetti and I capped the evening off with more coffee and an Australian shiraz blend. Boy, I love red wine.

Hubby wants to take the kids to see "Revenge of the Sith" today. We went and saw it last week to make sure it was okay for the kids. It's dark but I don't think it is anymore frightening to young ones then the Harry Potter movies or "Series of Unfortunate Events." The most difficult part to watch was Natalie Portman. Damn, all she does is bawl throughout the movie. I have my own issues with continuity with the film. And I can't stand Yoda. He is so sanctimonious and a know-it-all. Perhaps I have gone over to the Dark Side. I think being home with 3 kids will do that to you.

Glad you're feeling better!

I love Yoda. LOL! But then I also love E.T. Must be my love for sci-fi.

I just hope this Star Wars isn't as slow as some of the parts as Episode 2.

Yay for red wine being back! :) I haven't seen the Sith movie yet but that's on our list for this summer!

It's so weird thinking about being a teenager myself and seeing the first Star Wars movies and now my oldest is a teenager seeing new Star Wars movies!

Red wine is a good thing! A necessity even! Glad it's back!

My boys said the new movie was LONG...

LOL! Being a mom of three is bound to turn ANYONE over to the Dark Side.

Yay for red wine!! Enjoy!
Will see the movie when it comes to tape. Like I see most of them. My five year old has been to one movie and isn't Old Enough To Go Again. Ever. Till his girlfriend drives him, when he's old enough to date. At 30.

My mom and brother saw the movie over the weekend - Mom cried. I haven't seen the second one yet and I don't know if I want to take the time to see that one before I watch the third one.
Glad your teeth are feeling better!

Katie, we were talking about taking kids to the movie and agreed my youngest will NEVER be old enough. I can't imagine taking her to a movie.

I guess the kids enjoyed the film. I stayed home and worked on my writing.

Rene - Hurrah! You can finally eat and drink normally! Which Shiraz blend, out of curiosity?
